Spongebob Steroid Alien Nightmare

In my dream, I was a night jogger and I was trying to work out my arms and legs. To do that, I was taking what I can only describe as Spongebob brand / themed steroids.

There were a bunch of different types of Spongebob steroids, and you could buy them at the grocery store. If you wanted to work out your arms, you would choose the Arm box.

Recreation

Anyway, after I had taken my Spongebob Steroid (only the ARM ones), I was jogging on my road in the very early morning, maybe two or three AM. I was cruising along, getting a good workout in. It was very dark but I could see a little bit because the moon was out. As I was doing my route, the road seemed to be getting longer, or I was starting to move in slow motion.

As I passed by the singular old streetlight on my road, the layout of my street shifted completely. The neighborhood vanished, and in its place was a sharp right turn overlooking mountains. It was incredibly high up. Even the asphalt was gone, and the only thing that remained of the scene before was the streetlight. Its old, yellowed light barely illuminated anything besides where I was standing, but in the distance, I saw a figure standing at the overlook.

Its back was to me. It had a large head that was taller and wider than its gaunt body. The world was impossibly silent, and as I stepped closer, the sound of crunching gravel was so loud that it might as well have been an explosion. It didn't turn around, or maybe it turned around faster than I could ralize, because it was suddenly facing me. Its eyes were oblong and endlessly dark, and they stretched across its wrinkled bluish leathery skin. I gasped in the dream, and I guess it startled me so much that I gasped in real life too, because that's when I woke up.

I tried to recreate the scene, it's not perfect, but the feeling is there.
